HOME STAGING CONSULTATION
Before any work can be performed in your home, a Consultation is required. One of our Certified Staging Professionals will perform a complete walk-through of your property while assessing what is necessary to emphasize the best features of your home. This will include the entire interior of your home as well as curb appeal. Photos will be taken for us to begin working on a design plan should you decide to move forward with our services. A Room-Ready Handbook will be provided to you listing all of the necessary recommendations to prepare your home for sale. Depending on the size of the home, this will take a minimum of 90 minutes. Consultation Fee starts at $225.00.
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Silver Package
We will work with your existing furniture, accessories and artwork to achieve the best layout and overall flow of your home. If necessary, we will make colour recommendations as well as those of de-cluttering, de-personalizing and curb appeal recommendations. We will showcase your home, using your furniture and accessories, to look its best to any potential buyer. Pricing will vary for each property.
Gold Package
This package includes everything in the Silver Package PLUS if modernization is required or a few more items are simply needed to achieve a certain look, we will choose rental furniture and accessories where necessary. We will creatively mix both the rental items and your furniture and accessories to create an inviting space for potential buyers. Pricing will vary for each property.
VACANT HOME STAGING / MODEL HOME DESIGN
Silver Package
This staging package provides the necessary rental furniture and accessories for only the most important rooms in the house. Furniture will be arranged to maximize the floor space. We will make paint colour recommendations, if necessary, as well as curb appeal suggestions to make the house feel like a home for any potential buyer.

Gold Package
This staging package is absolutely complete with everything you would expect to see and feel in an occupied home. This Model Home rendition will have full furniture and accessory rental for every room in the house. A potential buyer will not only be able to easily see the benefits of the space, they will fall in love with it!

STAGING FOR LIVING / ONE-DAY MAKEOVERS
Whether you’ve been living in your home for years or you’re moving into a new home, Staging for Living is your furniture and your accessories mixed with our creativity and flair for knowing how and where to place it all! We can create a fresh look in your new home or make you fall in love with your home all over again. Within one day, we will re-arrange your furniture, accessories, lighting and artwork to enhance the feel in one room or all rooms. This process begins with a one-hour in-home consultation to discuss which areas you would like changed, as well as our taking photos to review. Let us worry about setting you up!
Pricing will vary depending on size of space to be transformed.
SHOPPING SERVICE 
We know you are busy and don’t always have the time or desire to shop for pieces to complete your look. Perhaps you just need assistance choosing the right items. We can shop with you or for you to find the perfect pieces for your home while passing along any designer discounts we receive. This shopping service requires a walk-through of your home with us taking photos, noting which areas you would like enhanced. Full reimbursement of the purchased items applies.
Shopping service is $75 per hour.
ACCESSORY RENTALS / PURCHASE
Across Ottawa Home Staging has all of the accessories necessary to put the final touches on staging your home. Once the showcasing is complete, we will provide you with a list noting each item that was used and its value. Many of our clients have loved these accessories so we are now making them available for purchase!
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING
Are you moving to a new home and don't know where to start sorting and what to eliminate? Perhaps you simply need to eliminate some of the clutter in your current surroundings to clear the chaos. We offer hands-on assistance to get the job done in an organized and orderly manner. We understand that, regardless of the situation, just finding the time to get started can be challenging and stressful. This is also the perfect service for Seniors who may not be able to take on this task themselves, especially when moving to a retirement residence. You are not alone...let us dig in with you to make the transition from clutter to clear. Prices vary per project.
